The AWPPW is the most democratic union in the world!

With AWPPW you get to select and elect all of your officers, stewards, representatives and leaders.

You can have you very own AWPPW independent local union, if that's what you want.

You will choose the name and number of your local union. For instance you could choose "Solar Power Employees Union Local # 2." Or the "Hi Tech Employees Association Local # 7" or any other name you want.

With AWPPW You will decide what you go for in negotiations with your employer. No contract will go into effect without a majority vote from the affected membership at your worksite.

With AWPPW you will have the opportunity to vote on what your wages, hours and working conditions will be.
